In the wake of Kellan's death, the Metropolitan Police have intensified their manhunt for the two suspects. Eyewitness testimony, including that of Fce Sarun, has been crucial to their investigation. This tragic incident has not only raised questions about youth safety but also the growing issues of gang violence in London.
A tragic incident occurred on a Route 472 bus in Wode Church Road, Southeast London, where a 14-year-old boy named Kellan Bassa was fatally stabbed. The attack took place around 2:30 p.m., and despite the quick response from the London Ambulance Service and paramedics, Kellan died shortly after sustaining stab wounds. The police have launched an urgent investigation as they search for two young suspects who were seen fleeing the scene with a large machete. Witness accounts mention that two young men were spotted running from the bus, one armed with a machete, as Kellan lay fatally injured. Fce Sarun, a manager at a nearby estate agent, viewed CCTV footage that captured the suspects as they escaped towards a footpath along the river. He described the machete as being the size of his forearm. Disturbingly, after the suspects moved out of the camera’s view, they no longer had the weapon, raising concerns about their potential whereabouts. Kellan's mother, Mary Bassa, described her son as caring and having a good sense of humor in an emotional tribute. She revealed that Kellan had been living on the streets for a year and had fallen victim to gangs and drugs. His heartbreaking story continues to resonate with the community, leading to tributes flooding social media platforms with the hashtag #LongLiveKellan. Meanwhile, local authorities are intensifying their search for the suspects. The Metropolitan Police have enlisted specialist officers to lead the investigation, and they are appealing to the public for any mobile phone or dashcam footage that might provide insights into the attack. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the manhunt continues. It starts from home. I grew up with a mother who never questioned what my younger brother was doing or checking on him at age 13 he joined gangs and the opened their arms to the family he wanted and never got. Gangs gave him that family he craved. It starts from home
Showed this video to my boyfriend and now hes convinced that laughter is the best aphrodisiac😻
Come to the conclusion that this cant end as the young brain is not being trained from young to think the correct way.. the knife crime/killing simply cannot end as its a chain reaction of people being upset of their brother cousin or whoever the victim is being hurt or killed. The young kids that have no father figure or someone proper to look up to are often going to be the ones that get more serious about doing what they would call road.
Yeah and we give Kahn a knighthood . I hate the way this country is going . Hey but mustnt say anything or youll get longer than the killers .
