In the wake of the tragic terror attack in New Orleans on New Year's Day, families are left shattered as they mourn the loss of their loved ones. Among the 15 victims was 21-year-old Hubert Guthro, whose family described him as a wonderful son full of life. @GeoffFilutze

Maybe if the police chief wasnt 108 years old, she would have had barricades up like every other city

@BuddahHass2360

Stuff like this makes you scared to try and celebrate life and events because something like this can change people lives in a second but you also dont want to be scared to go out and enjoy yourselves...

@Ron71997

Just out to enjoy New Years eve...what a waste of so many people lives with so much potential...this is so hard to watch. Condolences to the family and friends. May they RIP.

@AmazingJohnny

This was awful New Year for New Orlean 😢😪😭. My condolences 😢 from Ukraine 🇺🇦🙏.

@diegoflores9237

Wasnt the US just recently cheering for religious extremists in Syria? Now that it happened here will the US continue cheering?

@BuddahHass2360

This is so horrible and the sad part is these families lose their love ones and no one is going to be held accountable, someone really needs to be held accountable..the city for not having barriers and barricade whos going to be held accountable...

@KaLee-ml1ks

Wonder why this never happens in NY during NYE? Cause the city blocks everything off! Fact is New Orleans isn’t ready to hold these types of events and shouldn’t!!!!!

@amateurmeteorologistjoshbrown

This attack shouldn’t even happened on New Year’s Eve. My heart goes out to the families of the victims that lost their lives that night.

@MilTec.25

Yes, the police are corrupt, they work with ISIS, arms and drug dealers, and terrorize people. How do we chase a person and film conclusive evidence while he is driving his truck calmly in the crowded streets and suddenly we hear a sniper shot and suddenly the truck starts speeding out of fear, especially on New Years Day, of the person responsible for the safety of the citizen.
