its bad enough ppl have to abandon their homes.so they pack their vehicles thinking that atleast they havent lost everything,only to drive a bit and be caught in gridlocked and then told to abandon their vehicles.now they have lost literally everything.worse that their vehicles ultimatly get bull dozed if not engulfed.
